1. ROLE DETAILS:

Position title: Executive – Facility Management
Reports to: Manager – Facility Management
Function: Facility Management


2. ROLE PURPOSE:
To handle operational maintenance of URED’s properties in addition preventive and corrective maintenance and ensuring service level goals are met within the standard policies and guidelines of the department.

3. ROLE DIMENSIONS:

4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Description
Key result Area: Facility Management
 Respond to operational technical concerns in line with the set policy and procedures
 Manages on site facilities management operation teams in terms of training, development and performance
 Managing the site works without delay under complete scope and providing TFM (total facilities management) services to the clients in consideration with HSEQ rules & regulations
 Following up daily task / TAM (Turn around maintenance) as per the objectives mentioned by the organization/client

Key result Area: Monitoring assets operational
 Track the key reason for the malfunctioning of the equipment, analyse the fact and provide the easiest rectification method
 Identification of energy losses and sourcing opportunities within the circle for maximizing the usage of assets with low energy loss
 To coordinate all the standard operation procedures of Technical and Safety of all facilities and properties managed by the company
 Coordinate all services related to landscaping, gas, water, septic, and other maintenance services performed by 3rd parties
 Coordinate the maintenance of the Properties and Facilities managed by the Company during DLP and after expiration
 Perform any other task requested by the management in conjunction with FM responsibilities


5. FRAMEWORKS, BOUNDARIES, & DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY:
 Manager – FM reports directly to COO.
 No Financial authority

6. PERFORMANCE MEASURE:
 Waterproofing
 DLP
 Mall handover (WBS)
 Monitoring assets operational breakdown
 Facility monthly preventive inspection


7. COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

8. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:
 A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in similar field plus managerial level.
 A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or MEP engineering.
 Demonstrated leadership/management skills to deal with issues ranging from senior level to administrative to maintenance/engineering.
