* Business Development (maintain and expand prospects database and service existing accounts, within assigned territory; market research, sales presentations).

* Key Account Management (generate, maintain and build close relationships with new and existing large accounts).

* Provide supreme customer support, to new and existing clients.

* Carry out thorough market research for assigned projects and assert potential, target group, opportunities and competitors. Report findings to management. Prospect for leads on daily basis.

* Advertise and promote assigned public courses and portfolio, on Social Media (mostly LinkedIn and Facebook).

* Customer Relationship Management System (full utilization of Popleads CRM system for all internal activities).

* Support the Event Management Unit for courses taking place across the UAE (communicate with participants, coordinate with hotel staff, deliver formal opening and closing ceremonies, distribute Certificates, familiarize participants with the Course Agenda, evaluate the clients’ satisfaction and quality standard, register participants, collaborate with expert trainers).
