Job content.
To lead, direct and manage the human resource and administration, finance, internal audit, company sales and marketing, Infra structure and Oil & Gas function of the company by providing timely management expertise to subordinates in developing respective human resource policies and programs and monitoring implementation of company’s human resource policies and procedures to ensure optimal productivity and effective functioning of the human resource and administration function. Guide and direct the procurement & supplies division of company by developing procurement, storage and stock management policies, processes and systems; monitoring procurement, delivery performance, optimal supply, storage and issue of materials to various locations and inventory costs to ensure that the required goods are purchased, procured, stored and issued with the desired quality at the least cost to the company. Manage the Oil and Gas Unit to prepare and deliver the unit’s annual business plan, development and implement medium tern strategic plan, development and enhance key client relationships.

Minimum Experience:
10+ Years, with responsible for New Business, HR, Finance, Construction, Oil and Gas contracting company with full profit and loss accountability.

Position Reports to.
CEO / Chairman.

Level of External interaction.
This position has a high level of external interaction which includes negotiation and contracts management. This position requires a high level of business understanding.

Education.
Master’s degree in Business studies / Engineering his highly desirable.

• Sound knowledge of finance practices
• Knowledge of related Oman Laws.

• Ability to lead and develop direct reports and build effective cross-functional / cross-level teams
