Field Support Representative

Job Location : UAE

Requirements:

• As part of a customer service team providing technical support to the customer and acting as a communication channel between them and AMS.
• As the focal point and travel to Internal customers within AMS and external customers to diagnose, troubleshoot process failings, advise, train and repair equipment and fleet management operations.

Responsibilities:

• HND, ASE certified, or City &Guilds Level 3 qualified in an automotive or mechanical/electrical engineering discipline.
• Experience in analyzing, processing and understanding customer requirements and be able to make the appropriate recommendations.
• Be able to make strategic decisions and work independently with the minimum of support and background information.
• Must have hands on MRAP series maintenance experience
