Job Description :

• Participate in planning and preparing the operational programs for human resource management
• Preparing all employment decisions, resignations and vacations.
• Responsible for keeping personnel files as systematized according to the instructions.
• Preparing the annual contracts of all staff
• Assist in payroll and wages for the employees
• Presenting reservation to the employees upon request.
• Perform all the tasks required by the Director of human resources within the Department of human resources
• All the above must be done in accordance with the official procedure adopted for human resources
• Coordinate and administer on the system requirement for the process of performance -management.
• Prepare all official correspondence relating to probation confirmations, salary certificates, disciplinary issues and the miscellaneous letters as per approved employee request in a timely manner.

Requirements :

• Should be located in Kuwait
• 3 years’ experience in related field
• Need Female candidate

Skills :

• Strong employee relations skills with a large client group. Close alignment to the business needs and strategy.
• Pro-active attitude to recruitment, talent management and employee engagement.
• Ability to work across all areas of HR including Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Reward and Organizational Development.
• Able to challenge and partner, whilst maintaining & building strong relationships with all levels of employees.
• Excellent knowledge to Kuwait labor Law.
• Oral & Written Communication in English
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office application
• Human relations handling skills
