The role will involve the following key responsibilities:

• Solicit new and existing accounts to exceed revenue goals through telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, communication and site inspections.
• Write contracts and proposals following solicitation of clients to formally document agreements.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required.
• Achievement of sales activities and all objectives outlined in the annual sales plan.
• Liaise with travel trade operators, wholesalers, travel agents, trade and consumer media on various travel trade cooperative programs and promotional opportunities.
• Organize and participate in appropriate familiarization, and industry trade shows.
• Develop and implement quarterly action plans utilizing strategies and long term
• Goals based on market and competitive intelligence.
• Coordinate and financially manage effective sales trips and appointments within assigned accounts.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of market trends, competition and customers.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
