Responsibilities
• Working on your own volition to achieve personal objectives and assist in achieving team targets for new clients/ assets/ revenues
• Becoming a ‘go to’ person within the team and key contact for Company products, credit advice and client queries
• Being the key interface between the client and other parts of the Company, including wealth advisory, discretionary portfolio management and the investment advisory teams
• Discussing markets, their issues and opportunities with clients
• Utilizing the banker toolset and systems platforms and challenge current standards to continuously improve quality
• Being effective in gaining an in-depth understanding of client’s needs and advising on a diverse range of wealth management solutions
• Delivering high quality bespoke advice, maximizing value for our clients and negotiate the best commercial outcome
• Build strategies around their clients' risk tolerances, personal situations and long-term financial goals

Requirements:
• +10 years of experience
• Fluency in English and Arabic both written and spoken.
• Must be proficient with Word and Excel and Outlook applications
• Must be good knowledge Qatar market
• Having excellent market exposure and multi-disciplined wealth management expertise and excellent business development
• Strong oral, written and communication skills, including interpersonal skills
• Excellent planning, organizational, detail-orientation and time management skills
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environment and meet time-sensitive deadlines
• Ability to recognize areas of risk and be proactive in addressing them
• Regular and reliable attendance in accordance with position, business and/or client needs
• Listen and communicate effectively and professionally perform tasks
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Ability to take direction and act independently
• Team work, Stress tolerance
• Solid understanding of research methods and analysis
