Digital Performance Manager (E-Commerce)

Salary: £28K-36K Per annum

Job Location: Kuwait

Responsibilities:

 Plan and assist in the execution of all Web, SEM, SEO, Social media and display advertising marketing campaigns.
 Track and report the ROI of all digital campaigns.
 Provide actionable insights based on analytics and report-generated data, and planning for improvement.
 Analyze and understand the purchasing behavior of the consumer online in all digital channels, make the process of purchasing and surfing easier and implement advanced procedures to ensure all customers’
feedbacks are addressed.
 Work closely with the design, merchandising, operations, warehouse, customer care, marketing, digital marketing and developers teams to ensure they’re guided correctly.
 Excellent on the tools and platforms: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
 Staying current with best practices, strategies, legislation and industry standards related to online marketing, analytical & ECommerce tactics.
 Identify trouble and potential cancel indicators with our clients utilizing the Customer Experience Center (CXC), provide quality training, and develop processes that will make our dealerships more successful.
 Identify key indicators of a lack of CRM usage and work on the system’s overhaul.
 Expertise with web analytics tools, web technology implementation, bid management and ad serving platforms.
 Proven ability for both tactical work and overall strategy development.
 Excellent communication and project management skills.
 Source and implement the most effective keywords, measure keyword performance and optimize campaigns based on them.
 Tweak your strategies by evaluating the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of all existing marketing channels to determine and make necessary adjustments to optimize marketing effectiveness.
 Understand your products inside out. Research competitors and their strategies to find the gaps in the industry
and accordingly set up marketing and advertising goals for the brand.
 Manage ad placements, target the relevant interests and topics and use Google’s in-market audiences for search ads.
 Use multi-touch attribution to track touch-points across the funnel, which will help maximize Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaign effectiveness.
 Develop hypotheses and perform A/B (or multivariate) testing to recommend optimizations.
 Leverage customer insights to better segment, target and reach potential customers.
 Explore new marketing opportunities such as social media channels, apps, ad formats, etc.
 Set acquisition and growth targets for marketing teams spread across offline and online channels such as social, search, paid search, mobile, display, etc.
 Allocate and modify budgets for efficient spending.
 Tweak strategies and budgets based on current performance to maximize ROI.
 Direct and manage agency performance on various channels to achieve goals and ROI targets.
 Scope out and identify new platforms, tools and systems to improve performance.
 Identify pain points to creatively improve non-performing areas.
 Exposure to data visualization and reporting tools.
 Keeping abreast of emerging technologies and developments in the digital industry.

Qualifications:
 Minimum 6 years of experience and in-depth knowledge in Ad Just, A/B Testing, Insider, Apsalar, Dynamic yield, Criteo, Monetate, Aptus, Onelink & Business Intelligence.
 Experience with Google Adwords is essential.
 Analytics and database tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, Marketo, etc. and performance marketing platforms, such as Social Animal, HubSpot, GetSocial, BuzzSumo, Appsflyer & Google manager,
affiliate network
 Knowledge and prior usage of tools like Facebook Ad Manager, AdWords, Outbrain.
 Previous experience from Facebook, Amazon & Google will be preferred.
