Reputed Home Health Care Company based in Jeddah URGENTLY requires Operations Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Supervise and evaluate healthcare facility staff.
-Ensure patients, managers ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the home healthcare.
-Manage the Finances and Budget of the Home Health Care.
-Prepare Reports for all the areas of operations
-Review P/O and related quotation for purchasing equipment and other administrative supplies.
-Coordinate with medical, non-medical and management staff for provision of day to day operational requirements.
-Create Policies/Procedures/Guidelines for various functions (non-medical) involved in the Home Healthcare.
-Responsible for attendance, absenteeism and payroll management of staff in terms of biometric and attendance
-Ensure all staff data is maintained and updated on regular basis
-Participate in Recruitment/selection of administrative staff
-Provides leadership and oversight for the day-to-day operation through our management team to foster our mission and culture, to maintain operational standards and achieve performance benchmarks.
-Supports Business Performance/Process/Policy activities and contributes to the overall improvement of the organization.
-Works collaboratively with the management at Home Doctor, operations & facilities teams to ensure alignment.
-Continually seeks opportunities to increase internal customer satisfaction, building and maintaining relationships.
-Inspires team to attain goals and pursue excellence, defining individual and team metrics and KPI.
-Conducts effective performance evaluations of staff.
-Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business process, service standards and quality parameters according to organizational objectives and apply improvements.
-Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation.
-Manage agreements/contracts with external partners/vendors.
-Manage operational and maintenance capabilities of company assets, inventories, etc.
-Review and approve all invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment.

Graduate or Post Graduate in Management/Business/Health Care

Atleast 10 to 15 years in the managing health care and related sector.
