Presently we have an immediate vacancy as " Operations Manager - Facility Management" C urgently required for Oman.

Kindly note Nationality: Any except India, Pakistan, Jordan

Salary: (1500 OMR Gross Salary = (800 Basic +300 HRA+400 Special allowance)) +Company Car with Fuel + Phone + Laptop + Annual Leave+Family Status +Other benefits as per company norms.

Experience: Min 12 Years ( 4 years Gulf Experience )

Driving License: Any GCC License Must

Education: B.E/ B.Tech (Electrical / Mechanical)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial

Ø OM has to ensure set financial targets within the division are met.
Ø Forecasting, mitigating and arresting any financial risk when identified.
Ø Providing analysis and detailed reports on not achieving targeted budget forecasts.
Ø Identify efficiencies and implementing effective cost saving measures.
Ø Proactively follow all outstanding payments owed to the division ensuring that all agreed procedures are followed and adhered to; further preparing reports on outstanding payments that are out with agreed payment terms for that particular contract/job – holding weekly update meetings with all relevant personnel.
Ø Oversee and implement best practice in everyday financial aspects of daily operations.
Day-to-Day Operations
Performance
Ø Oversee FM&ES Projects and ensure optimal effective productivity of this department
Ø Oversee all current FM&ES contracts; mentoring and guiding Managers and Supervisors as required to ensure strict adherence to set guidelines and targets.
Ø Oversee and manage the departments within the FM&ES Division
- FM&ES Contracts
- AMC Contracts

Ø Chair weekly operations meetings
Ø Ensure all FM&ES contracts deliver the relevant service as per the SLA/KPI or clients specification, when evaluated
Ø Liaise daily with other departments within any correlative matters, also administrative issues.
Ø Brief G.M on a daily basis on general operational matters or as per GM schedule.
Ø Ensure the Quality Policy and other Company Policies are implemented.
Ø Ensure Company Training Policy is implemented.
Ø Fully Responsible for implementing and maintaining Quality Management System Requirements in FM&ES Division in accordance with ISO 9001:2015
Ø Maintain customer respect, customer service and customer satisfaction
Ø Ensure that there prevails Occupational Health & Safety Management in the department in which employees are protected from occupational illness, injuries and accidents during the course of employment.
Ø Fully Responsible for implementing and maintaining Occupational Health & Safety Management System Requirements in FM&ES Division in accordance with ISO 45001:2018

Clients:
Ø Meet and liaise with current clients on regular basis.
Ø Check and approve all monthly reports issued to clients as per the specified service level agreements.
Ø Oversee and review all monthly reports for clients as per contract specifications
Ø Oversee and review all requested ad-hoc reports requested by clients, such as: Condition Surveys or Energy Surveys etc
Ø Coordination of FM&ES resources to ensure business operational capability.
Ø Manage and audit the material procurement within each individual contract, ensuring no overspend, no over-order, correct use and storage.
Ø Manage and initiate where required, recruitment procedures for existing and new contracts.
Ø Respond positively to any immediate client issues.
Ø Compile and approve the monthly report for submission to the G.M

Administration
Ø Initiate and follow through with all disciplinary matters; with HR department before final approval of the G.M
Ø Manage and control the division leave plan, ensuring all contracts have relevant cover for annual leave or emergency leave approved.
Ø Monitor division sickness and resignations.
Ø Authorizing LPO/MPO/Leave requests/NOC etc
Ø In conjunction with the G.M. assist assessment of senior staffs.
Ø Assessment of all increment requests for approval of the G.M
Ø Ensure the Admin team works in close conjunction with HO admin.
Ø Any other reasonable request assigned by G.M.
