Job Location : Dubai

A global US law firm based in the UAE is looking for a Corporate Lawyer to join their award-winning office. This is a great opportunity for a focused Corporate Lawyer to join a top tier law firm at a crucial stage of expansion.

The firm has a prestige practice and advises on a wide variety of Corporate Finance issues including strategic M&A, corporate governance, joint ventures, structured finance, IPOs and private equity matters among others and the team acts for an impressive list of financial institutions, private equity firms, asset management firms and various corporations.

The growing team is looking to add another associate to further compliment their offering in the region. Candidates that are likely to be considered will possess a strong academic background and will have trained with a top tier international law firm in either the UK, US, Australia or New Zealand.

If successful, you will be offered the opportunity to work alongside a team of incredible lawyers who are leaders within this practice area. Salary is competitive, above market rate along with a strategic career path.


• The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years experience in PQE.
• Either UK, Australia, New Zealand or US educated at one of the top institutions and have completed training at a Magic Circle or Top Tier firm.
• Preferably admitted to practice in the UK, Australia or New Zealand.
