Job Description :

• Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
• Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating.

Requirements :

• Need excellent English and Arabic skills, presentable and articulate in attending Telephone calls and responsible for all Administrative functions, experience preferable.
• Computer Skills (Microsoft Office)
• Good Typing Speed in Excel Worksheet Quotation.
• Need Female candidate
• Must be in UAE
