Electrical Supervisor
Job Location : Qatar
Responsibilities :
• Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance and Prepare maintenance schedules and allocate work
• Inspect and maintain building systems on a weekly basis
• Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance
• Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
• Participate in coordination of projects (e.g. renovations)
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations
• Arranges for and manages appropriate third-party contractor support as needed.
• Prepares budgets and secures estimates and cost quotes as needed. a. Competencies
• Problem Solving/Analysis: Analytical and critical thinking assists in evaluating problems and making decisions.
Requirements:
• Proven minimum 5 years’ experience as maintenance supervisor or similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical, HVAC etc.)Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations.
• Understanding of budgeting and performance management.
• Excellent planning and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
