Job Description :
• Someone with the ability to create a unique guest experience.
• Plays a significant role in maximizing financial performance and attracting hotel and non-hotel guests by understanding the local market and effectively positioning the outlet.
• Is a team player, a strong leader and can take initiative, especially during peak periods.
• Has excellent international beverage knowledge and will be managing the property’s liquor inventories and controls.
• Manages the restaurant’s daily shift operations, supervision of staff with the ability to determine and implement training needs.
• Is passionate about hospitality and strives for high guest and employee satisfaction.
• Experience in GCC is preferred.
