Category Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to grow sales and profitability within the fragrance category.
• Manage the fragrance product portfolio, including product assortment, pricing strategies, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and supply chain to develop and execute effective sales and marketing plans.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of category strategies and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales strategies, promotional plans, and marketing materials to drive fragrance category sales growth.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in fragrance product development and marketing.
Qualifications:
• 4-6 years of experience in product/category management, preferably in the fragrance industry.
• Preferably ARABIC Speaking
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data analysis tools.
• Passion for fragrance products is a plus.
