Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with the HR team to understand talent needs and develop proactive recruitment plans.
• Implement best practices in recruitment processes, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and selection techniques.

• Collaborate with the recruitment committee to identify key talent metrics and develop reports to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition initiatives.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on interviewing techniques, candidate assessment, and selection.
• Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance Al Borg Diagnostics' reputation as an employer of choice.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.
• Manage and optimize the performance of recruitment tools and systems, ensuring user-friendliness and efficient workflow.
• Drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition processes and practices.
