Primedale Real Estate is a growing real estate firm based in Business Bay, Dubai, UAE. Our team of real estate expert aims to provide seamless property transactions by offering innovative and structured property solutions. Since our inception, we have achieved multiple milestones and covered multiple projects across Dubai.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Tele Sales Executives to become part of our team. This is a full-time, on-site role as based in Business Bay, Dubai. This role involves a blend of sales, client engagement, and relationship building to drive business growth and assist clients in fulfilling their home ownership goals.

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Identify and source potential leads and prospects through various channels, including databases, online platforms, and referrals.
- Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce them to real estate properties and services offered by the company.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the real estate properties available for sale, including their features, pricing, and location. Be able to answer client questions and provide detailed information.
- Qualify Leads: Assess the needs and preferences of potential clients to determine if the properties being offered align with their requirements.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a database of leads and clients, and regularly follow up with them to build and nurture relationships. - Keep records of interactions and communications.
- Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations over the phone, highlighting the key selling points of the properties and addressing client concerns.
- Negotiation: Assist in price negotiations between buyers and sellers, providing support to both parties to reach mutually acceptable terms.
- Documentation: Assist clients with necessary paperwork and documentation required for property transactions.
- Market Research: Stay updated on the Dubai real estate market trends, property values, and competitor offerings. Provide clients with insights and data that can help them make informed decisions.
- Targets and Sales Goals: Work towards meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals set by the company. Track progress and report on sales metrics regularly.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues, including real estate agents, brokers, and support staff, to provide a seamless and comprehensive service to clients.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to converse in other languages, such as - (Arabic / German / Russian / Mandarin / Cantonese / Spanish / Italian) speaking is advantageous.
- Proven experience in tele calling, sales, or business development, in the real estate industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping clients achieve their home ownership goals.
- Results-driven, motivated, and capable of working independently to meet and exceed targets.

Salary: AED 3,000 + Commission
