Job Description :
• Ability to research and identify potential clients that fit the criteria of the target audience for HR recruitment services.
• To make calls to the potential clients on the target list and introduce the company and the services offered.
• Should be able to answer questions and address any objections raised by the potential clients.
• To track the success of the tele-calling efforts by measuring the number of calls made, the number of positive responses, and the number of clients who have signed up for the service.
• To collaborate with the HR recruitment team to ensure that the tele-calling efforts are aligned with the company's overall business objectives and recruitment goals.
