SEO Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to our website.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headings, and content, to enhance search visibility and user experience.
• Create compelling ad copy and manage Google Ads campaigns to increase visibility, clicks, and conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven recommendations to improve ROI.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure our SEO and advertising efforts remain effective.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist with a focus on real estate industry.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, techniques, and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns and optimizing for maximum performance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
• Google Ads certification is a plus.
