Business Development Manager / Sales Manager

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve results.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop actionable plans to capitalize on them.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
