Hardscape Supervisor
Description :
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the plans and specifications as directed by the Hardscape Engineer.
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules and resources as necessary.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and resolve issues.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
• Serve as the primary contact for project field personnel.
• Communicate regularly with the Hardscape Engineer to update on project progress and discuss challenges.
• Order materials and schedule deliveries to ensure necessary supplies are available.
• Manage equipment usage and maintenance.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of construction progress, including site diaries, safety logs, and other required documentation.
