Public Relation Officer

Job Description :
• To lead all the activities for official collection and submission of government applications as well as managing the processing of a variety of legal documents of company in timely manner.
• To represent the Company at various statutory bodies including Immigration department, Labor office,
• Responsible for the New visa, LC, renewal and understanding of MOHRE
• Makes sure all business contracts, tenancy and residential agreement, bills and trade Licenses are properly recorded, updated and renewed before expiry date to avoid the fine.
• Update the management of the changes in laws related to Labor and Immigration departments and of other rules and regulations that have been amended and deemed necessary for the smooth functioning of the company.
• To follow-up all registration, renewal, cancellation or transfer of all company vehicles with traffic department.
• To lead in company legal matters and represent company in labor court cases.
