This role performs secretarial work, providing CEO with the day-to-day administrative support. Act as the point of contact between the CEO, Managers, Partner and Stakeholder in the day-to-day operation with the supervision of the CEO with the purpose of maximizing, profitability and upholding high standards of services.

The Job
You will be responsible for :

Performing the full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties and acting as a Company Secretary for the company.
Managing operational aspects of shareholder's and directors' meetings, including preparing the meeting agenda , minutes and resolutions, and updating and maintaining statutory and corporate records.
Compliance advisory to ensure regulatory and statutory requirements are met.

Discretion and trustworthiness
Good oral and written communication skills, organizational skills
Excellent skill set in Microsoft Office suite
The ability to be proactive and take the initiative.
