Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the maintenance of industrial machinery, including rockwool production equipment and HVAC systems.
• Develop and implement mechanical maintenance plans to reduce downtime and extend the lifespan of machinery.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of mechanics and maintenance technicians.
• Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate maintenance and repair activities.
• Manage maintenance budgets and procurement of mechanical parts and supplies.
• Prepare and present reports on maintenance operations and machinery status.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems, industrial machinery, and material properties.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a technical team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
