Job Role:
• To provide a warm cheerful welcome for all customers, answer any questions, give them the information they need to ensure they have a comfortable and memorable visit.
• To assist customers with the Queue systems and digital channels in branch premise which will help in reducing the customer waiting time at the branch.
Requirements :
• Preferred Arabic Speakers
• Home country banking / customer service experience can also be considered.
• Candidate must be available in UAE for the interview.
