Pilates Studio Manager & Head Trainer – Pilates (Mat + Reformer) studio in Riyadh

We are looking to hire an efficient and highly skilled head trainer to run a Pilates studio day-to-day operation and implement long and short-term studio strategies. The manager's responsibilities include ensuring staff compliance with policies & procedures, identifying ways to drive sales and memberships, and deliver exceptional customer service. As a studio manager, you should be able to provide the managing director with regular updates on studio activities. To be successful as a head trainer, you should demonstrate strong management and leadership skills and be able to motivate the team to achieve studio goals.
This is an exciting role that will give you the creative freedom to build a new Pilates studio and hire an entire team to see a shared vision come true.

Responsibilities:

• Establish clear policies and procedures
• Design and sustain a positive working environment.
• Manage inventory and vendor relationships
• Anticipate, identify, and solve any issues that may arise.
• Maintain physical fitness while expanding knowledge of exercises and routines
• Manage scheduling and the MindBody application
• Design studio classes and schedule
• Advertise and market studio by liaising with social media manager and provide content
• To deal with client complaints fairly and keep a concise record of it.
• Implement superb customer service standards.
• Drive sales and membership while retaining a solid clientele
• Compliance with municipality health and safety regulations
• Compliance with Saudi labor laws.
• Manage trainers and staff

Requirements:
 Comprehensive 500-hour certification in Mat, Reformer, Chair, and Cadillac.
 5+ years experience teaching Pilates classes
 Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology
 Ability to develop and lead safe and effective Pilates workouts for all levels
 Experience working with clients with injuries or chronic conditions, pre and post-natal
 Experience managing a team
 CPR certified

Location: Riyadh, KSA
Reports to: Managing Director
Subordinates of position: Studio trainers and administrators
Contracted Hours: 40+
 Shifts include early mornings and/or evenings and weekends.
 Holiday availability and weekends required.
 Must be flexible to stay late and accommodate changes in studio class times
Holiday Allowance: 21 days paid holiday per annum.

Salary & Outlook: Basic salary, housing, medical insurance, and 5% sales commission to be included after completion of 90 days probation period.

Pay: SAR 12,000 - 15,000
