Oracle eBusiness Suite HCM Consultant
Job Location : UAE
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into Oracle eBusiness Suite HCM solutions.
• Implement Talent Management module, including setup, customization, and integration with other HCM modules.
• Conduct system testing, user training, and support activities during project implementation and post-go-live phases.
• Work closely with project stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and third-party vendors, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Knowledge of Absence Management solutions within Oracle eBusiness Suite, including configuration of leave types, accruals, and absence processing rules.
• Knowledge of Configuration and customization Oracle Core HR modules to meet client needs, including but not limited to Employee Administration, Organization Hierarchy, Position Management, and Workforce Lifecycle Events.
• Knowledge of Configuration and customization of Oracle Payroll for UAE, ensuring compliance with local regulations and best practices
