"Project and Planning Engineer" urgently required for Dairy Company in Oman
Job Purpose:
The main objective of this position is to drive the Maintenance planning and new project execution as a maintenance planner he/she should be able to plan the complete maintenance requirements for all the current assets in the Dairy plant, Farm and other areas, with the thorough knowledge in a Dairy processing equipments, dairy filling equipments either in Mechanical or Automation , preferably in Tetrapak, SPX or GEA sorts of equipments and in Filling lines like Index, Novopac and SIG sort of equipments. and as a project executor he or she should be able to plan the required project requirements based on the business need to prepare the complete scope of the project and to execute in coordination with other stakeholders.
Professional Qualifications:
B. Tech/Engineering degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. Four Years of engineering graduate with proven experience in Dairy industries or Food manufacturing industries , handling maintenance planning and projects.

Work Experience:
• Overall proven experience of 7 to 10 years or more in Dairy plant, or Food manufacturing plant ,managing Maintenance planning and projects
• Experience in implementing Maintenance planning and the Planning and closure of full cycle of the projects.
• Have strong experience in Dairy industries, processing equipments, Filling equipments, Farm and other Utilities
• Must have experience in any of the dairy processing equipmnets with the thorough knowledge in either mechanical or automation.
• Having knowledge of Tetrapak, SPX, GEA processing equipments and Index, NOVOPAC, SIG filling machine experience
Job Specific Skills
• Having strong experience in Dairy manufacturing or Dairy processing equipments and filling equipments.
• Having string knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical and automation related to the manufacturing equipments and their maintenance requirements
• Having proven experience in installation and commissioning of filling 4 lines and processing lines equipmnets in a food manufacturing set up.
• Intimate Engineering knowledge of Dairy equipment and their maintenance requirements, able to calculate the capacity requirements and able to plan for project requirements based on the business requirements in agribusiness/dairy/FMCG/Manufacturing environment.
• Able to create maintenance plan and project plan for the existing assets and for installing new assets.
• Experience with GMP, Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Employment Standards regulatory requirements.
• Established credentials in handling and implementing maintenance planning and projects, preferably in CMMS based system
• Financial awareness to understand and interpret numbers; Excellent written & verbal communication / presentation skills.
• Team player with excellent motivational skills.
• Demonstrates excellence in leadership, time management, organizational and reporting skills.
