Property Management Specialist
Description :
• Manage the leasing process, including lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations.
• Coordinate & supervise maintenance work, repairs, and property upgrades, working with contractors and service providers.
• Ensure all property management activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
Requirements :
• Graduate from Engineering background. Minimum 10 years of experience in Property Management.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
