Call Center Agent

Description :

• Answering calls of customers in a professional manner; for their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
• Responding efficiently and accurately to customers, explaining possible suggestions, and ensuring that customers feel supported and valued.
• Creating ticket complaint regarding the complaints himself did receive.
• Updating customer profile or account information in the system, as needed.

Requirements :

• Has a proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
• Has a proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
• Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
• Must be proficient in English/Arabic
• Must have skill in negotiation and dealing with complaints
• Must be locally available in Qatar
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 - 3 years 'experience in a similar position at a reputable Call Center
• Bilingual (Arabic / English)
