Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for designing, programing, simulating and testing automated machinery and processes in order to complete exact tasks. The role involves monitoring and controlling the production and delivery of dairy products and services at the CPP. The position is required to troubleshoot problems in SCADA PLC Signal exchange management & description, Hardwired or ethernet Communication, and other applications that interface with the individual machine components to create an automated environment for processing. Individually settling any breakdown that arises by him/her without depending on others & training others. Capable with hands-on-experience is preferred.
Salary: 750 OMR + Family Accommodation + Medical + yearly Ticket + Other facility will be as per work requirement and grade
Professional Qualifications:
· B. Tech/BE automation Engineering degree in Automation, signals-Electricals - Electronics Engineering [College that provides more of Practical automation - Electronics – incorporated in education system or curriculum ] Control system engineer license holder is preferred,
·Signal exchange description, Hardwired or ethernet Communication, PLC
· have a valid driver’s license
Work Experience:
· Overall experience of 10 years or more in food /dairy manufacturing with minimum of five () 7 years as Automation Engineer in a FMCG company/Agri food products business;
· PLCs, Siemenes TIA Portal , Allen Bradley Logix
· Family, Archestra IDE, Wonderware InTouch, Managed and Standalone HMIs
· VFDs, Instrumentation
· Hygienic Engineering
· Energy Conservation & Optimization
· DMAIC Problem Solving,
· Pareto analysis, MES RS Logix 500 & 5000
· Panel Control Logix E & H
· Flowmeters Wonderware InTouch AB Drive Execution experience of dairy products manufacturing preferred
· Strong understanding of the Middle East especially Oman
