Technical Skills:
1. Deep Knowledge of WordPress and Drupal Core: Understanding of the core functionality and architecture.
2. Theme and Plugin Development: Experience in creating custom themes and plugins.
3. Advanced PHP: Strong PHP skills, as WordPress and Drupal are built on PHP.
4. JavaScript/jQuery: Proficiency in JavaScript, including frameworks like jQuery.
5. HTML/CSS: Expertise in HTML5 and CSS3.
6. RESTful APIs and Integrations: Experience with REST APIs, both using and creating them.
7. Database Management: Knowledge of MySQL, the database used by WordPress.
8. Security Best Practices: Understanding of WordPress and Drupal security best practices.
9. Performance Optimization: Techniques to optimize the performance of WordPress and Drupal sites.
10. Version Control: Proficiency in using Azure DevOps for version control.
11. Drush: Familiarity with Drush, the command line shell for Drupal
12. DevOps: Experience with deployment and server management.
General Skills:
1. Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions.
2. Communication: Good communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members.
3. Reporting: Ability to create and maintain clear documentation and reporting.
