We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager with expertise in precast construction to join our team in Al Jubail. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and proven experience in managing precast projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the development and management of BIM models for precast structures
Coordinate with engineering, design, and construction teams to ensure model accuracy and compliance
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and workflows related to BIM processes
Ensure adherence to project specifications, standards, and industry best practices
Requirements:
Extensive experience with BIM in precast construction
Proficiency in relevant software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
Strong leadership and communication skills
