o Manage the design, installation, and maintenance of utility systems such as water supply, wastewater management, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), electrical distribution, and fire protection .
o Lead troubleshooting efforts to diagnose and resolve MEP issues. This may involve analyzing equipment performance data, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions to prevent future problems .
o Good communication skills.
