• Implement and monitor HSE management systems, policies, and procedures to ensure the safety and health of workers.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to assess compliance with HSE regulations and company standards.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification for ongoing and upcoming construction/interior projects.
• Ensure all workers and contractors receive safety training and inductions before beginning work on site.
• Promote a safety-first culture by conducting safety meetings, toolbox talks, and ongoing HSE awareness programs.
• Maintain records of all HSE documentation, such as incident reports, inspection logs, and safety audits.
• Ensure the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and compliance with safe work practices.
• Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to address safety concerns and implement preventive measures.
