• Supervise and coordinate the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on-site.
• Review MEP drawings, specifications, and designs to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of MEP systems with overall project construction.
• Monitor the work of MEP subcontractors and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any MEP-related issues or discrepancies.
• Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of all MEP systems prior to handover.
• Manage material procurement, including reviewing supplier quotes and ensuring timely delivery of materials to the site.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all MEP activities, including daily progress reports, installation logs, and as-built drawings.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols and address any risks related to MEP installations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team and subcontractors as needed.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other MEP design software.
