Recruitment Coordinator & Tender Assistant
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Engineering and technology is an added advantage).
• Experience in Oil and Gas technical Recruitments - minimum 3 years (Total 5 years) is mandatory
• Worked with Tender Management is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English both written and verbal in English.
• Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference checks, etc.)
• Strong Knowledge in MS Office
• Strong Knowledge in Sourcing service provider like Naukri Gulf is an added advantage.
• Active Social Media Member (Linkedin and other Recruitment Portal)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with hiring managers and team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Attention to details and working to meet tight deadlines.
