Nair Systems is currently looking for Oracle HRMS Systems Manager for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in HR, IT, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in HR or IT systems (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional).
• Familiarity with additional HR tech platforms is a plus.
• Fluency in Arabic (not required, but beneficial).
Key Responsibilities:
• HR Systems Management: Oversee the upgrade, and maintenance of Oracle HRMS, ATS, LMS, and other HR systems. Ensure their alignment with operational needs across Qatar, India, Dubai, and Kuwait.
• HR Digital Transformation: Lead/own digitization and process reengineering efforts for HR processes, enhancing HR’s efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with HR leaders and IT teams to translate HR needs into functional requirements, writing BRDs and driving system solutions that align with strategic objectives.
• System Integrity and Configuration: Maintain data integrity, manage system configurations, and ensure secure user access.
• Technical and Functional Support: Provide hands-on technical and functional support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring the seamless functionality of HR systems.
• Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to maximize system utility for HR users and other stakeholders.
• HR Analytics: Build HR dashboards and ad hoc reports to guide strategic HR decision-making.
• Compliance: Ensure systems and processes adhere to regional labor laws and regulatory standards across Qatar, India, UAE, and Kuwait.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track system performance and generate analytical reports.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 12 years in HR systems management with a strong emphasis on both technical and functional aspects.
• Technical Expertise: Proven experience with Oracle HRMS upgrades and implementations, particularly cloud migrations.
• System Knowledge: Proficient in ATS, LMS, and HR analytics platforms.
• Regional Knowledge: Familiarity with HR practices and regulations across the GCC and multi-country operations.
• Project Management: Strong organizational, project management and presentation skills.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to manage HR analytics and produce insights to support data-driven decision-making.
• Soft Skills: Effective communicator with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders across functions and geographies.
