Job Title: Administrative Assistant to General Manager
Location: Riyadh, KSA

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the General Manager in our fitness and wellness consulting firm. This role requires an individual with exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to manage and streamline administrative tasks efficiently. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting our mission to deliver high-quality consulting services.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the General Manager, handling daily tasks with efficiency and discretion.
Organize and maintain schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Manage communications, including calls, emails, and client inquiries, acting as the first point of contact when required.
Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases to ensure easy access and retrieval.
Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements as needed.
Support general office administration, including supplies, maintenance, and facilities management.
Perform other administrative duties as needed to facilitate the smooth operation of the company.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, or similar role.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in all tasks.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and problem-solve as needed.
Experience in or passion for the fitness and wellness industry is a plus.
Knowledge of English is a must, Arabic is a plus
Already located in KSA is a plus with transferable Iqama (but it is not main requirement)

Monthly Salary range: 6000 SAR plus other benefits
