Key Responsibilities:
Implement strategies for performance management and employee productivity.
- Ensure the PMS framework supports the identification and development of high-performing individuals and teams.
Conduct evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Oversee the annual and mid-year performance review process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
Design and lead training programs for employee development.
Collaborate with leaders to identify training needs.
Assess program impact and stay updated on industry trends.
