Key Responsibilities:
• Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement effective marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and target audience.
• Brand Management: Oversee brand development and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
• Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation to drive traffic and engagement.
• Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
• Lead Generation: Develop and execute campaigns to generate leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel to support the sales team.
• Content Creation: Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, newsletters, and online content that effectively promote properties and services.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, real estate agents, and other departments to align marketing efforts with sales initiatives.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse marketing metrics to assess campaign performance and ROI, making adjustments as needed to optimise results.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
• 3 years of proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms).
