Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering and managing data accurately and efficiently into various systems and databases. This role is critical in ensuring data integrity and supporting the smooth operation of administrative and business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter data into company databases, spreadsheets, and systems from various sources.
• Verify and correct data discrepancies by cross-referencing with source documents.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
• Perform regular data backups and ensure records are properly stored.
• Assist in generating reports and compiling data as requested by management.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Communicate with team members or other departments to clarify data discrepancies or inconsistencies.
• Assist in maintaining and updating filing systems for both physical and digital records.
• Adhere to company policies and data entry procedures to ensure data integrity.

Qualifications:

• Graduate or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related fields is a plus.
• Proven experience as a data entry operator, data processing clerk, or similar role.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with data entry software
• Basic knowledge of administrative tasks and procedures.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Candidates with their own visa are preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a data entry operator, data processing clerk, or similar role.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with database management systems or data entry software.
• Familiarity with basic accounting or business processes.
