Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all operations in the designated country, aligning activities with the company’s strategic goals.
• Develop and implement effective business strategies to maximize profitability and reach targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, key stakeholders, and regulatory bodies across the region.
• Utilize deep market knowledge to identify growth opportunities and stay competitive in the GCC and EMEA regions.
• Lead and motivate the local team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.

Skills and Attributes:

• Proven track record in distributor and channel management, especially within healthcare or medical devices.
• Strong market knowledge of EMEA and GCC, with an ability to adapt to regional needs.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred.
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and committed to driving business growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, or a related field; MBA is advantageous.
• Relevant experience in a similar role, with strong results in distributor and channel management.
• Immediate availability to join.
