• Assign deliveries to couriers based on schedules and route plans, ensuring efficient and timely service.
• Monitor and track delivery status, proactively addressing any issues or delays that may arise.
• Supervise riders/drivers to ensure adherence to safety best practices during the handling and transportation of shipments.
• Receive and respond to emergency and non-emergency calls, assessing situations, prioritising calls, and providing appropriate instructions or assistance.
• Coordinate schedules and routes in the most effective manner, optimising efficiency and minimising delays.
• Inform field units about new orders, changes, or any relevant information, including traffic updates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date call logs and data using the MyDP Portal or relevant tracking systems.
• Provide reports and updates to upper management on performance, operational metrics, and any notable incidents.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and logistics, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Continuously monitor and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and meet service level targets.
• Must be available in Bahrain
