Public Relations Officer

Job Location : UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all interactions with UAE governmental departments (e.g., Labor Office, Immigration, Economic Department, etc.) and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
• Obtain visas, work permits, labor cards, and related documents for employees, ensuring timely submission and renewal.
• Process and submit all documentation related to company licenses, certificates, and approvals as required by UAE law.
• Manage visa and immigration applications for employees, including new visa processing, visa renewals, and cancellations, ensuring timely execution.
• Apply and renew labor and immigration cards for employees.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of all official transactions and legal documentation related to company and employee affairs.
• Monitor and ensure the timely renewal of company trade licenses and registrations with government entities.
• Support the HR department in matters such as residency, ID applications, and other government-related processes.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Public Relations Officer or similar role within the UAE, with strong knowledge of labor laws, visa procedures, and governmental processes.
• A bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Thorough understanding of UAE labor, immigration, and visa
