• Oversee day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets in Barsha & Burjman.
• Ensure efficient, smooth running of kitchen and dining operations, ensuring high standards of food and service.
• Manage restaurant layout, staff rotation, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff, including chefs, waitstaff and other operational employees.
• Schedule and manage staff shifts to meet operational requirements and optimize labor costs.
• Foster a positive and productive working environment, motivating staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement training programs.
• Manage budgets for F&B departments, ensuring efficient cost control and maximization of revenue.
• Monitor inventory and ensure that supplies are ordered and stocked efficiently, avoiding both shortages and excess.
• Track financial performance, including profit and loss, and work on strategies to meet or exceed financial goals.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and beverages to guests.
• Address guest complaints or concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and service recovery.
• Conduct regular audits of food and beverage offerings to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with chefs and service teams to develop innovative menus and food offerings that meet guest expectations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions, events, and seasonal offerings.
• Drive sales and marketing initiatives to increase F&B revenue, including developing loyalty programs, themed nights, and catering services.
• Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations are strictly followed.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers for food, beverages, and operational equipment.
• Continuously evaluate and improve service standards, menu offerings, and operational practices.
