Procurement Manager
Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.
• Oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Lead a team of procurement specialists, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for cost-saving and process improvement.
• Ensure the sustainability and ethical standards of the procurement processes.
Requirements:
• Minimum Experience is 15 years in procurement management, preferably within the GCC region.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, business administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Strong knowledge of procurement regulations and market dynamics in Kuwait.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
