Key Responsibilities:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Implementation & Optimization:
• Lead the implementation and customization of (D365 F&O) to streamline end to end business processes.
• Configure and maintain system parameters, workflows, and business processes within the D365 F&O Supply Chain Management suite.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper data migration, integration, and customization in alignment with business objectives.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to key users and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in the design, testing, and deployment of new functionalities and updates to D365 FO modules.
• Lead functional workshops and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the solution meets the client’s expectations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring smooth operation of the supply chain processes post-go-live.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in D365 FO and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with business teams to understand their requirements and configure Dynamics solutions that improve efficiency.
