Nair Systems is currently looking Senior Business Analyst for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
• University graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology,
• Engineering or any other related technical discipline.
• Master’s degree in Management/ Technology any other related discipline will be an added advantage.

Experience:

• 7-10 years of total experience in financial services/banking industry, entailing responsibilities pertaining to the specific area of discipline.
• Should have UAT test experience.
• Previous experience in Business Analysis and digital/ data-driven projects.
• 7 to 12 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing in financial domain
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases

• Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex data and information to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Communication: Effective communication skills to convey findings, requirements, and recommendations to various stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Capability to identify problems, propose solutions, and implement them effectively.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, and data visualization software for data analysis and reporting.
• Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes, strategies, and objectives to align analysis with organizational goals.

• Interpersonal Skills: Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the banking domain.
• Project Management: Basic understanding of project management principles to coordinate tasks and timelines effectively.
• Critical Thinking: Capacity to evaluate information objectively and make informed decisions based on evidence and logic.
• Test Planning and Execution: Proficient in developing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Demonstrated ability to execute tests effectively and efficiently to ensure the quality of software products.
• Defect Tracking and Resolution: Skilled in identifying, prioritizing, and tracking software defects to resolution.
• Capable of providing detailed reports on defects and working closely with development teams to address issues.
• Test Automation: Experienced in designing, implementing, and maintaining automated testing solutions using tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar. Ability to automate repetitive testing tasks to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems and
• identify potential areas of improvement or risk. Capable of troubleshooting issues and providing effective solutions.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that all aspects of software testing are thoroughly examined and documented. Ability to identify subtle issues and discrepancies that may impact product quality.
• Leadership and Mentorship: Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading testing efforts and mentoring junior members of the QA team. Capable of providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback to team members.
• Continuous Learning: Proactive in staying updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and advancements in software testing methodologies. Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new tools and techniques.
