Key Responsibilities:
Configure and set up POS, computers, laptops, and IT peripherals
Manage Call Manager servers/services
Provide technical support for IT hardware, software, and peripherals
Coordinate with vendors for troubleshooting and repairs
Assist with deploying and maintaining IT infrastructure, network devices, and endpoints
Troubleshoot and resolve issues
(repair/replacement, debugging, etc.)
Maintain records/logs of repairs and schedule maintenance
Identify equipment shortages and place orders
Manage video wall/LED content
Handle local and overseas IT purchases, vendor management, and order placement
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, negotiate pricing & terms with vendors
Track and manage IT inventory with asset management tools
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong experience with IT procurement and support
Knowledge of IT hardware, software, and peripherals
Experience working with vendors and negotiating terms
Proficient in asset management and inventory tracking
Ability to work collaboratively with finance, logistics, and IT teams
